  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • brown sugar
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. all-purpose flour1/2 c. melted margarine Cook and mash potatoes. Add to them sugar, salt, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Place in casserole. Mix topping and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. To freeze, bake 20 minutes. Cool and freeze.
