Ingredients/Components
- water
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- tomato sauce
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- instant beef bouillon granules - 1 tsp
- + 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar or sweetener to equal - 2 Tbsp
How to make ham barbecue:
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except ham. Cook on low heat until mixture has thickened slightly. Stir in 16 ounces of cooked ham (sliced paper thin or shredded). Heat through.This is great over rice. Use sweetener and it is a diabetic recipe.
