  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • bread cubes - 1 item
  • Cheddar or American cheese - 8 oz

How to make welsh rabbit:

Shred cheese and melt on low heat. Stir in milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Either dip cubes or pour over cubes.
