- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- American cheese - 1 lb
How to make welsh rabbit:
Melt butter. Add cheese which has been cut into small pieces. Cook over hot water, stirring until cheese melts. Add salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour in milk, slowly. Add beaten eggs until mixture gets thick. Serve over toast.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Cheese.
