Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- slices ham - 8 item
- flour tortillas - 8 item
- can mushrooms, chopped - 4 oz
- slices Monterey Jack cheese - 8 item
How to make ham roll-ups:
Melt butter in saucepan. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick. Place slice of ham and cheese and sprinkle with mushrooms on each tortilla and roll up. Place folded side down in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour white sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.
