Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 36 item
- can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain green beans and corn. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread evenly in greased casserole dish. Mix onions, celery, cheese, sour cream and soup. Spread over beans and corn. Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers and almonds. Spread this over top of casserole. Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
