Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix onion, celery, pepper, green beans, corn, celery soup and sour cream in large baking dish. Melt margarine. Mix with enough cracker crumbs to cover casserole. Top with almonds. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
