Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- can mixed vegetables Veg-All - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- pepper and celery, chopped fine optional - 1 item
- butter, salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain vegetables, corn and beans. Add soup, sour cream, onion, pepper and celery. Mix these ingredients in a baking dish. Dot with butter, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture. Mix margarine and crackers together and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
