Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs
- frozen mixed package of broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and carrots - 1 lb
- American cheese or Velveeta - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Combine frozen vegetables with cream of celery soup until well mixed. Cover vegetables with cheese slices. Spread Ritz cracker crumbs and melted butter on top of the cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Can add cubed cooked chicken.
