- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp cheese, shredded - 1 c
- potatoes, peeled and sliced - 4 item
How to make easy scalloped potatoes:
Cook potatoes until soft. Layer 1/2 of potatoes in bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with half of soup. Then cover with half of cheese. Repeat layers. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
