Green bean casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 oz
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make green bean casserole:
Drain green beans and corn. Combine green beans, corn, sour cream, peppers, onions, celery, celery soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick margarine and combine with Ritz cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Green/yellow beans.
