- water - 1 item
- medium noodles - 8 oz
- salt to taste - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- turkey carcass, cut in pieces - 1 item
How to make turkey noodle soup:
Put turkey carcass pieces in large kettle and cover with water. Cover kettle and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Skim surface to remove excess fat. Add vegetables and salt and simmer 15 minutes. Add noodles and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Pasta, Turkey.
