Ingredients/Components
- water
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- fish fillets - 1 lb
- can green beans, drained - 1 oz
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- instant beef bouillon
How to make fish stew:
In skillet combine bouillon, water, garlic and catsup. Add vegetables and top with fish and basil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Stew.
