Wine soup



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 tsp
- water - 2 c
- egg yolks - 5 item
- red or white wine* - 1 qt
- stick cinnamon - 1 item
- whole cloves - 4 item
How to make wine soup:
Bring the wine, water and spices to boil. Strain. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until lemon colored and slowly add the hot wine mixture, beating constantly until a thick foam forms at the top.
