Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- basil - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- pieces bacon - 3 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove caps from mushrooms and chop the stems. Cut up bacon and fry with mushroom stems. Add onion, pepper and bread crumbs. Stuff mushroom caps. Place in buttered, shallow baking dish. Salt, cover and chill. Before baking, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
