Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 3 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 tsp
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • minced onion - 1/2 c
  • sprinkle of garlic - 1 item

How to make zucchini bake:

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 375°. Mix everything together and pour into pan. Turn oven down to 350° and bake 25 minutes. Serves 15.
