Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped spinach, drained - 2 pkg
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic powder or salt - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 item
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients together and chill well (may be chilled overnight). Make into balls the size of walnuts. Put on cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Serve hot or cold. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
