  • mild sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage balls:

Grate cheese. Combine all 3 ingredients; roll into 1-inch balls. Hands will get sticky; can dust with flour. Put balls into freezer; let them get real firm, then deep fry. They stay in shape better for serving.
