Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- can salmon - 16 oz
How to make salmon party log:
Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Combine all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Chill well, rolled in wax paper. When thoroughly chilled, serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
