Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- dried minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- pieces bacon - 3 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove caps from mushrooms and chop the stems. Cut up bacon and fry with mushroom stems. Add onion, pepper and bread crumbs. Stuff mushroom caps with first mixture. Place in buttered shallow baking dish. Salt, cover and refrigerate. Before baking, sprinkle with the Parmesan and basil.
