Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 2
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- basil
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 3/4 lb
- lasagna noodles - 12 item
- garlic cloves, crushed - 2 item
- fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- cans seasoned tomato sauce - 2 oz
- carton Ricotta or cottage cheese - 1 oz
- can Italian-style plum tomatoes - 1 oz
- sweet, hot, Italian sausage, skinned and chopped - 1 lb
How to make lasagna:
Saute sausage, beef, onion and garlic until well blended. Add next 11 ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles. Combine Ricotta cheese with egg, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon salt. To assemble: Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce on boRecipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
