- milk - 3/4 c
- salt
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cracker crumbs
- egg, mixed - 1 item
- flour, mixed - 1/4 c
How to make swedish meatballs:
Roll into balls; brown in frying pan. Put into casserole dish and pour 1 can consomme soup over top. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
