  • salt
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • melted butter - 4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cracker crumbs
  • egg, mixed - 1 item
  • flour, mixed - 1/4 c

How to make swedish meatballs:

Roll into balls; brown in frying pan. Put into casserole dish and pour 1 can consomme soup over top. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
