Ingredients/Components
- salt - 6 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- vinegar - 3 c
- mustard seed - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- pickling spices - 1 tsp
- to 36 medium cucumbers - 30 item
- dill fresh or canned - 1 item
- crystal or granulated alum - 1 tsp
- finish filling can with cold water - 1 item
How to make dill pickles:
Let set 90 days. Heat lids. Open and wash through 2 or 3 waters. Slice round and cover with 2 cups sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let set overnight. Put in jars.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
