- sour cream - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/4 lb
- large baking potatoes - 4 item
- chopped red and green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- crispy cooked bacon pieces, crumbled - 2 item
How to make cheesy potato skins:
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out center, leaving 1/4-inch shell. Deep-fry shells in 375° oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown; drain. Place on cookie sheet. Top with cheese; broil until cheese melts. Top with remaining ingredients.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
