  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • green pepper optional - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheese ball:

Combine cheese, pineapple, onion, salt and green pepper; mix well. Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
