Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
- to 3 onions - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing - 1 c
- to 12 squash, sliced - 10 item
How to make squash casserole:
Saute onions in oleo. Grate carrots and saute. Add squash and saute. Cook about 25 minutes. Add dressing mix and sour cream. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
