Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- medium yellow squash, sliced - 6 item
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 12 item
How to make squash casserole:
Steam squash and onion until tender. Drain. Add eggs and cracker crumbs. Season to taste. Add cheese and mix well. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with butter and additional cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
