Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • carrots, grated - 1/2 c
  • onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 c
  • celery, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • green bell pepper, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • cans crescent rolls - 2 item
  • Ranch Style dressing dry mix - 1 pkg
  • broccoli, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • cauliflower, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • Roma tomatoes, drained, seeded and chopped - 2 item

How to make veggie bars:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cover bottom of large cookie sheet with crescent rolls, patting to fit. Prick with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

Cream dry dressing mix, cream cheese, Miracle Whip and sour cream. Spread on cooled crust. Combine vegetables and spread over cheese mixture. Top with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into small squares.
