Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- herb stuffing
- yellow squash - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and mix with onion, carrot and 1/2 of herb stuffing mix. Add soup to this and pour in casserole dish. Spread sour cream over top of mixture. Mix stick of melted margarine with other 1/2 of herb stuffing and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
