Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- slices cheese - 8 item
- saltines - 1 pkg
- jar canned squash or 6 to 8 medium squash, boiled until done - 1 qt
How to make squash casserole:
Spray glass baking dish with Pam. Layer ingredients. Layer squash, onion, saltines and cheese to make about 2 layers. Mix together milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over layers. Bake at 350° until brown on top.Note: Good way to use up all those summer squash.
