Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 item
- squash yellow - 3 4
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain water off. Add salt, pepper and all other ingredients. Line bottom of baking dish with dressing crumbs, then pour in the mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some dressing over top and brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
