Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 2 item
- medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices, boiled until almost tender and drained - 3 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix stuffing with oleo. Save 1 cup stuffing for top. Mix rest of stuffing with all other ingredients. Put in greased (oleo) 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
