Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 3 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- pimiento - 2 oz
- yellow squash 6 medium size
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and drain. Melt butter and mix with stuffing, divided in half. Mix soup and sour cream. Stir in half of stuffing mix and other ingredients. Place in buttered baking dish. Spread other half of stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
