Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing mix - 1 pkg
- medium onion, chopped and cooked - 1 item
- sharp Colby cheese
- cans cooked yellow squash - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Drain squash almost completely. Cook onion and mix in soup and sour cream. Add dressing mix with seasoning, then add to melted butter. Place 1/2 of dressing in casserole dish, placing rest of ingredients in, except cheese. Put rest of dressing mix on, then grated cheese.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
