Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- egg - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
- hamburger bun - 1 item
- can squash - 1 item
- dehydrated onion flakes or finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
How to make squash casserole:
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a Pyrex dish. Add to this 1 can of squash. Mix well. Leave no lumps. Salt and pepper to taste.Crumble 1 hamburger bun into mixture. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons onion flakes or finely chopped onion. Beat well 1 egg and 1/2 cup sweet milk. Add squash mixture and mix well. Add some cheese of your choice to the mixture with the amount of cheese you desire on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
