Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrot - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- shredded onion - 1 item
- to 4 boiled, cut up squash yellow or zucchini, well drained - 3 item
How to make squash casserole:
Saute butter and stuffing. Spread half in casserole dish, mix other ingredients and spoon on top of stuffing mixture. Then top with other half of stuffing mixture. Bake in 350° oven until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
