Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 5 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar
- pepper - 1 tsp
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- turmeric - 1 Tbsp
- red pepper, ground - 1 item
- ground zucchini
- ground onion - 4 c
- green pepper, ground - 1 item
How to make zucchini relish:
Combine first three ingredients and soak at least 8 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse. Combine all other ingredients. Make sauce and add veggies and simmer 30 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and seal.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Zucchini.
