Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- oleo - 4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sage - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- jalapeno cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- grated Velveeta - 2 c
- squash, sliced 4 to 6 - 3 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash until tender. Saute onion in oleo. Mix everything together. Add squash last. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
