Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- whole yellow squash, cooked until tender - 3 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix stuffing mix and melted oleo. Put 1/2 of mixture into buttered casserole dish. Pour in squash, onion and carrots. Mix soup and sour cream together, then add to other mixture. Top with remaining stuffing and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
