Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- zucchini, cut up - 2 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook squash in boiling, salted water, about10 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Add soup, sour cream, carrots and onion. Mix stuffing with margarine. Place half stuffing in bottom of 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole. Pour in zucchini mixture. Top with rest of stuffing.
