Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- cooked, mashed yellow squash 1 lb - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; mash and drain. Combine squash, onion, sour cream and soup. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and top with stuffing that has been mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
