Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- medium carrots, grated - 2 item
- yellow squash - 3 lb
- corn bread stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash until tender. Mix first 5 ingredients. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish. Pour squash into dish and top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
