Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- small bag stuffing mix - 1 item
- to 8 medium squash - 6 item
How to make squash casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Wash and slice squash. Place sliced squash in a casserole dish. Cover squash with the soup and onion. Next, sprinkle all of cheese. Finally, sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
