Italian vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- bag frozen mixed vegetables - 1 (1
- small can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- rib Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make italian vegetable casserole:
Save some oleo for top of casserole. Put butter, celery and onion in microwave until butter melts. Cook vegetables according to package. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain and mix everything together. Grease dish and add ingredients. Sprinkle Ritz crackers (crushed) and remaining oleo on top. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
