Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- diced pimento - 1/4 c
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Break spaghetti into pieces and cook. Drain. Put chicken, pimento, green pepper and chopped onion in a casserole. Mix water and soup; add to chicken mixture. Add 1 1/4 cups cheese and spaghetti; season to taste. Toss lightly until well mixed and coated with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
