Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- seasoned stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Clean and steam diced squash. Drain. Combine and mix all ingredients. Bake in greased dish at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
