Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
- squash or 2 cans - 8 item
- bottle sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Stir stuffing in melted butter. Boil squash about 7 to 10 minutes. Combine drained squash, soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Line your pan (9 x 12-inch) with 1/2 of the stuffing. Pour squash mixture in pan and top with remaining stuffing. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
