Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 8 oz
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • corn flakes or cracker crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make party potatoes:

Put thawed potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except corn flakes, and pour over potatoes. Crumble corn flakes or crackers over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.

Note: Wonderful for buffet dinner.
