Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- sour cream - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bell peppers - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- squash, cooked and drained - 3 c
- onion - 1/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Put into a casserole dish. Cook at 375°. When done, sprinkle buttered bread crumbs or Ritz crackers on top, then let it brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
