Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 tsp
- crushed potato chips
- seasoning salt - 1/2 tsp
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
How to make hash brown casserole:
Topping:1 c. crushed potato chips1/4 c. Parmesan cheese1 tsp. parsley1 tsp. paprika4 Tbsp. butter, melted Mix together hash browns and the next 7 ingredients. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Make topping, mixing together all 5 ingredients. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 10 people.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
