Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • crushed potato chips
  • seasoning salt - 1/2 tsp
  • frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb

How to make hash brown casserole:

Topping:1 c. crushed potato chips1/4 c. Parmesan cheese1 tsp. parsley1 tsp. paprika4 Tbsp. butter, melted Mix together hash browns and the next 7 ingredients. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Make topping, mixing together all 5 ingredients. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 10 people.
